Schläppi 6000 Aloof

A new collection that has set the standard for female fashion mannequins

aloof female mannequins

Aloof is a the latest female collection from Bonaveri, created to reflect the essence of the original Schläppi design ethos

When Bonaveri decided to start work on a new collection, they invited Emma Davidge to collaborate on the design. Bonaveri has worked with Emma on previous bespoke projects and so choosing her to collaborate on the new collection was an easy decision.

Between them, they had to look no further than the shelves of the Bonaveri factory where the original Schläppi figures and moulds were waiting to be rediscovered.

Emma immediately recognised the original design intent and started extracting the essential elements that give the Schläppi collection it’s unique look. Working with the Bonaveri sculptors, they created miniature figures of Aloof, crafting the Schläppi heritage into the clay.

Aloof exudes a strong design DNA through her Schläppi heritage and fashion history. Aloof is a modern, elegant collection that will go on to inspire everyone she meets. Aloof is not always alone. She is able to relate to other versions of herself and form dynamic interactions that are delightful and real.
